Method

Gather and prepare your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan.

Place the strawberries, rhubarb, lemon juice, sugar and cornflour into a bowl. Toss to coat. Spread filling into a baking dish large enough to hold it, so that the filling is about 2 inches deep.
