Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C or 180°C fan.

Put the cauliflower florets and beans on a large baking tray with the fennel seeds, cumin seeds, olive oil and a big pinch of salt and toss to coat. Bake for 20-25 minutes until slightly charred.
