Delicious but very rich, so only used half and froze the rest. Kept the lid on and stirred regularly to prevent sticking.

A real hit, even with the teenagers! Plenty of protein so no meat required. Quick and easy to make and cook. The left-overs “mysteriously “ disappeared!!
