One Pan Cajun Scramble
Instead of having eggs in the morning, I sometimes scramble tofu. Tofu is a great source of protein for largely plant-based eaters like myself, but al...one it can be quite bland. Cooking it with a Cajun spice blend and turmeric is a great way to flavour the tofu and make it visually appealing.
This is a hearty, quick dish, packed with nutrient-dense spices and fibre that will set you up for a productive day.

The "method" needs to be updated as there are a few things duplicated. Otherwise, quick, easy and tasty. I left out the cayenne and chillies, and used a small amount of chipotle chilli flakes for some heat.
Splendidly tasty but boy oh boy oh boy is it hot!
One of my all time favourites, makes a great breakfast, lunch or dinner when need something quick & healthy. One of my first ways I enjoyed eating Tofu too! Great heated up as leftovers too so I normally cook up a whole block of tofu, ready to enjoy next day. Thanks Doctors Kitchen for another banger of a recipe
Extremely tasty!
Think this might have an issue in the recipe at the end. There seems to be repeated steps.
I didn’t understand this recipe. The black beans, chilli and tomato’s are mentioned a couple of times as if they are different steps of the recipe. I think it needs to be edited to make sense
