Mexican-style Corn and Lentil Fritters

Easy to make but not to our taste at all. Won’t be making these again
Excellent taste. I did reduce the salt by half a tsp based on reviews and it wasn't too salty. I used a cast iron skillet. I got excited and added fritters to the pan before it was hot which made them stick a little. The second batch went beautifully with no sticking. I will make them again.
First recipe that I have tried that hasn't worked. The fitters stuck to the pan and were quite broken up. Tasted okay though.
Very tasty.added extra spices and some semolina for extra crunch
Nice with mixed veg as well!
A few more chunks of something else along with the sweetcorn .
I would of liked to bite the onion.
But still delicious!!
Stock cupboard ingredients- simple to make . Very tasty
