Another great recipe! I added a bit of lemon to the lentil salad too brighten it up a bit, but otherwise it was perfect. Will definitely make this again.
Really easy to prepare and tastes delicious, great to take to work for lunch too
Loved it. Added Greek yoghurt as well as some hemp and pumpkin seeds for added protein and crunch. Plus a drizzle o pomegranate syrup for bit of added sourness and a Levantine touch.
