Delicious! Didn’t have any courgette so put in jarred red pepper and some frozen spinach. Didn’t make the couscous but added rose harissa to the tagine. 10/10
Really quick and easy to make and super tasty. Not sure if we have small appetites though as recipe for 3 has made enough for 5 easily! Leftovers for work tomorrow 😋
