Delicious! I followed the recipe suggestion of starting with the lower quantities of miso and soy and it was plenty. I also added finely chopped tempeh, which I needed to use up, and it was actually a great addition.

I have made several black bean chilli type recipes, but this was by far the best. I will definitely be making it again.

Another fabulously nutritious dish. I added some green beans, roasted cherry tomatoes and baked aubergine flesh. Served it on a bed of couscous. Really delicious with a glass of red!

We cut down on cayenne as several family members found it too hot. Tastes fabulous with red wine replacing the stock.
