Substituted garam masala for cinnamon and left out jalapeños and sour cream. Very tasty served with jacket potato and grated cheese.

Delicious with added sweetcorn and chopped coriander on sourdough with avocado and a fried egg. Could add any other veg.

We loved this! Makes a generous amount of sauce so you can easily add additional veg or beans to make it ho further. We added a jar of jumbo chickpeas as they're a fave, along with extra red peppers. Definitely one we'll cook frequently and adapt to what we have.
