Absolutely delicious, and so colourful. One of my favourite salads
This one was great for substituting what we had in the fridge (fennel, radishes but no cabbage!), but I found it really benefited from the addition of some chopped fresh coriander to really bring out the Asian flavours. Thank you for livening up our firepit dinner!

Scrumptious, even my fussy husband loved it! I subbed fresh pineapple for mango, and pine nuts for the seeds. Tossed salad in some of the dressing, then drizzled extra on top.
