Method
Gather and prepare your ingredients.
Place a saucepan over medium-high heat and add the butter, onions, and spices with a sprinkle of salt. Sauté until softened and reduced, 8-10 minutes.
Add the chickpeas and spinach. Cook just until the spinach wilts, about 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
