Method

Gather and prepare your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan.

Place the potatoes into a pot of cold water. Add a generous pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 18-20 minutes, until tender. Drain well. Allow to cool until you can comfortably handle them.
