I was surprised how delicious this dish was and so easy to make.

This was a very easy and vesatile dish to make for a mid-week supper. I used mangetout and pak choy instead of carrot and spinach, and they worked well.

Easy and tasty! Added some mange tout and some toasted cashews. Will definitely make again and can mix up the veg to vary it up.

Easy and tasty. Added toasted cashews on top as well as black and golden sesame seeds and included tender stems as had them to use up

Excellent. Plenty of flavour. Added mushrooms because I had some to use up. Quick to cook.

Really enjoyed this. Added some green beans and chicken. Didn’t have the sauce in the recipe so went with a little hoisin instead. Will be added to my favourites list.
