In principal sounds great but I need to play with quantities a lot !
3 cloves of garlic too much for me. Maybe say 2-3, takes into account size of cloves.
Lemon juice _ recipe says juice of 1 lemon but what size lemon . Would be better to quote how much juice eg 1 tablespoon.
Aesthetically looks great.
Prep well in advance for flavours to establish
