Really enjoyed this one. I added chicken thighs, cooked in advanced in my slow cooker. Also used bone broth instead of vegetable stock. Absolutely delicious!

Delicious but I need to up the protein so I added a can of chickpeas and served with quiona and pumpkin seeds and Greek yogurt. I also used sweet smoked paprika. That made it last for lunch as well. Will put in my favourites

Absolutely delicious! I’m so pleased with the results, a banging recipe Dr Rupy!
I didn’t have peppers so I used courgette and leek. This recipe will be making a few returns this winter. πŸ˜‹
