Notes
Turmeric varies from brand to brand. Some may darken when fried so don't be alarmed if your pancakes look a little darker than the ones in the photograph.

They came out great, I used my tava to cook them like dosa. Mine were anaemia thigh as the method and overview mention turmeric but the ingredients list doesn’t include it so I didn’t know how much to add, having to omit it instead
Very versatile. Can be used in so many ways.
These little pancakes are lovely. I made them small, about 7-8 cm diameter. Cooked until they were nice and crispy around the edges. Topped with Greek Joghurt, blueberries, honey, chopped walnuts and a spoonful of ground flax seed. Soooo yummy! Trying to get in more BBGS… just one more!
Excellent! Surprisingly good
I love the idea of this but it turned into a big gloopy lump and I couldn’t get it to spread out…….tried it in a couple of pans at different heat. Would be helpful to have some tips for preventing this
