This was really tasty and filling. The Chermoula really elevates the dish with a zing . Left overs for lunch tomorrow. I think you could add aubergine or courgettes or experiment with other veg too. Will be certainly making this again.
Made for four using 400g chicken. Extremely flavoursome. Very filling so next time I make it I would probably add a green crunchy salad and some small baked potatoes plus add another 100 g of chicken to serve 6 people. Served it with home made flatbreads.
Easy to prepare ahead of time and through together the ingredients at dinner time.
Can’t seem to stop making this. It is a staple in our house. I switch out the protein all the time. Recently started using Amylu’s chicken crumbles. Extremely filling dish.
