I have not tried a Goan fish curry before so wasn’t sure what to expect. Overall it was delicious. However, my kids didn’t fancy the acidic of the tamarind. I added a teaspoon of brown sugar to counteract the acidity. I am not sure I like the overall taste of it. Sorry!

My husband, brothers & I really enjoyed this. It's easy because everything is in one big pan.

We found this a bit disappointing. Less tasty than expected. I cooked for extra time after adding the sponach and peas to reduce the liquid before adding the fish, but it was still watery.
