Ideal quick nutritious mid week meal
Easy to do but wasn't sure whether to add the yoghurt before freezing - I didn't!
I sautΓ©ed the onions, garlic and ginger with crumbled tofu for added protein. Delicious!
Used fresh spinach instead of frozen so I added this half way through the simmering step, reduced spinach worked well and helped mixing in.
For two, the ingredients needed a little bit more liquid in the pan for simmering, so using all of the tin of tomatoes is fine. Also you donβt get left with half a tin..
The option to select how many you are cooking for is excellent. It would save extra checking the method if all of the ingredients are listed in the order they are added to the dish
