Delicious recipe for autumn/winter. Love the flavours and the cumin adds a lovely background warmth. I added some chopped sundried tomatoes (not in oil) but don’t think it needed it! Well done DK team :))
One of my favourite recipes so far! 10/10! I added some sweet smoked paprika with the cumin seeds and a big tbsp of sundried tomato paste along with the passata. A few extra Aleppo pepper flakes at the end made for some tasty additions
Tasty dish. I swapped thighs for chicken breasts. Added a tsp of Gochugang paste, omitted spinach as I didn't have any. Adapted it for a pressure cooker. It worked well.
