The Erewhon Salad

Erewhon Market is this high-end supermarket chain based in Los Angeles. Their salads have gained cult status thanks to celebrity fans, wellness influe...ncers etc. They carry many signature seasonal salads, but one particular salad, often called the Erewhon Kale and White Bean Salad or simply the Erewhon Salad, has stood out in popularity. It’s very basic, but it aligns with our anti-inflammatory goal on the Doctor’s Kitchen app and it hits the spot. It’ll set you back a pretty penny ($30), but you can make it at home pretty easily ;) Read more Erewhon Market is this high-end supermarket chain based in Los Angeles. Gorgeous! Just like everything in this app! We had it with fish

I cut the kale by half and added mandarin oranges and pears. I subbed in sunflower seeds and pecans as I had these on hand.

This salad is okay. Definitely not worth $30 or even what it cost me to make for that matter. I THINK DR. RUPY HAS MUCH BETTER TASTING SALADS!
