Very tasty, possibly my favourite tofu recipe up to now. Made it exactly to the recipe except for the pickled green chilli garnish. Quantities spot on for a main meal.
So tasty. I Have saved the left over tofu for sprinkling over eggs for breakfast and the cabbage for a salad at lunch tomorrow

More like this please - the first way we’ve really enjoyed tofu, crispy and sweet. Used homemade soya bean hummus and added avocado. So delicious.
