Really enjoyed this. I used crunchy peanut butter instead of tahini. Cooked my salmon but cheated with the rice. I’m going to make it again this evening!

We had this for dinner today and it was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed it. We haven’t tried it with salmon yet, but we did have it with barramundi and it tasted fantastic with the tahini sauce! Definitely a five-star meal!

I used salmon filet and fried it in the pan. The bowl was absolutely delicious!

I loved this however I read smoked salmon as the thin sliced stuff not salmon fillets! Worked well though
