I found the amount of harissa paste too much, and trying to balance it with another dollop of yoghurt led to a rather watery result. So if you are not that much into hot stuff, I’d recommend starting with less harissa and work your way up to taste.

This is so so simple and very yummy with a little kick from the rose harissa. I added a bit of sweetcorn to add a pop of sweetness x
