Gochugaru, Tuna, Edamame, Cucumber & Soba Noodle Salad

This lunchtime salad uses our gochugaru dressing and makes it richer by adding a dollop of peanut butter. If you can’t source locally, Korean gochugar...u chilli flakes can be found online. They have a unique not too spicy, slightly sweet flavour. They are also very fine and disperse well throughout dressings and sauces. Don’t be tempted to use regular red chilli flakes; Aleppo chilli flakes are the most suitable alternative.
