Really yum! Added a handful of cashew nuts and nutritional yeast for extra depth and creaminess.

Pretty good. It made a healthier change from how I usually cook paneer. I used fresh spinach as that's what I had - worked well. It would be helpful if the ingredients were listed in the order they're needed in the recipe.

Great alternative for making a delicious palak and super easy. Will add a bit more spice and a little chilli next time.

Yet another absolutely beautiful recipe. Packed with flavour/spice. And I believe a healthier way to cook paneer? The colour was excellent, so vibrant. Currently fighting of post viral illness and it's so nice to eat something that's tastes awesome and is visually a wow factor. We had it with homemade wholemeal rotis.
I added a chilli which actually made it too hot, but just added some yoghurt instead. What a winner , thanks so much

Really tasty meal, especially good with nann bread. Looking forward to making it again.
