Did not expect to like the flavour as much as I did! The only thing that I minded slightly was the chunky texture of each ingredient - may try quick oats next time for a bit of creaminess. Otherwise, this is both a nutritional and flavour winner!
Really tasty, didn’t need to add the maple syrup and used kefir instead of milk. Added a bit more kefir.
Easy and tasty
This is an excellent idea for an overnight oats recipe. I added half an apple shredded and flaked almonds with no maple syrup to provide flexibility for individual tastes within the family and we could ‘snack’ on it wherever we wanted to.
Love this particularly with my addition of a bit of dessicated coconut. I use a mix of kefir, home made yogurt and plant based milk. A bit less carrot and grated apple instead.
This is so tasty!! Packed full of great flavours.
Really yum! Kept me full for ages.
