Very nice. We included coriander as it is in the photos (but not listed in the ingredients). I also blended half of the red pepper and used it as a sauce. A handy tip to hide the veg for the veg haters
For an ingredients with such few ingredients they all go together wonderfully! We added salsa which just raised the flavour profile.
