Method

Gather and prepare your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200°C fan. Lightly brush a baking tray with olive oil. See note.

Place the rice flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, olive oil and water into a large bowl with a generous crack of black pepper (about 12 twists of the grinder) and whisk to combine. It should be the texture of a loose yoghurt.
