Method

Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6 and line a baking tray with baking parchment.

Cut the breads into thin strips and brush them with some olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper and arrange on a baking tray. Bake for 4 minutes, turn and bake for another 4 minutes until crispy. Remove and leave to cool.
