Another 5 estrellas for Drs Kitchen. It's a salad but not just a salad. I was dubious about the cold uncooked black beans but couldn't have bean more wrong (haha you get it). Seriously, I was wrong. My partner didn't even think she liked beans until the past few recipes I've cooked from this gem of a web. I did leave a couple things simply because I didn't have them e.g. lettuce and the extra salsa, used spinach with the feta and πŸ₯‘ instead. This is ideal for a warm day, like we've been having, but won't take much time at all. Make this. You will not regret it xxx
