Notes
Psyllium husk comes in either a fine powder or a coarse powder. One tablespoon of the fine powder weighs 15g, and one tablespoon of the coarse powder weighs 5g, so be sure to use the gram weight, not the tablespoon measure, when measuring.

Delicious! So dense and filling. Nice accompaniment to soup.
Beyond delicious! Some topping ideas to up the protein content would be most welcome
Great recipe. I will add more salt next time - thought the 1/2 tsp + Parmesan might have been enough. I think 1 tsp will work better. Also cook time - I will give them 35-40 mins (but that might be my oven). Overall we really enjoyed them.
Enjoyed these as a healthy snack - took to work on long day. Very tasty.
Tasty and nutritious. I added a little linseeds which I shouldn’t have as they overpower the other flavours slightly.
I added some fresh chopped parsley and some ground black pepper
