Method

Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (180Β°C fan) and gather your ingredients.

Put the sweet potato rounds in a large baking tray with half the oil and a big pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat, then bake for 25 to 30 minutes until they are soft and cooked, turning half way. depending on your oven you may need to cook them longer
