I made this with fennel and courgette instead of cauliflower and broccoli, as I didn't have those. Nice flavour with the yogurt and tomatoes. I think I'd use ground cumin and coriander next time, rather than the seeds, or mild curry powder.

Easy, quick and tasty with extra spices Will try Harrissa next time too. Need yogurt as a bit dry otherwise.
