Well it,s in the jars looks good but I,LL have to report back when it's ready. I,be made red kraut before but like the sound of beetroot in it
So easy and takes 100 times better than what you can buy!
Wonderful served through kimchi fried rice ant the end of cooking. Great for those who prefer their kimchi warm. Incidentally, whilst living in France, Sauerkraut was always served steaming hot as an accompaniment to hot smoked charcuterie.
