Your notes

Gather and prepare your ingredients.

Place the orange, lime, ginger, pomegranate seeds, and maple syrup, if using, into a blender and blend until smooth.

Strain into a jug. Use a the back of a spoon to press out as much juice as possible.

Pour into glasses. Top with ice and sparkling water. Garnish with orange slices and extra pomegranate seeds, if liked.
