This makes a lot for breakfast for 1 person. don't have a sweet tooth & loved it as it was. I swapped some of the water for 100ml of kefir. Would definitely make again & maybe swap all the water for kefir but that would definitely change the original taste a little.

This was a super easy way to start my day! I added just a little bit of honey and a touch of cinnamon. I’m honestly surprised by it as I don’t eat a lot of tofu- this will easily be in my weekly rotation.
