Method

Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 200Β°C (180Β°C fan).

Heat the oil in a large casserole dish, then add the onion and carrot and fry for 10 minutes until softened. Add the spices, ginger and garlic and stir through for a further 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
