Method

Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6 and line a large baking tray.

Spread the chickpeas on a kitchen towel and pat them dry. Transfer the chickpeas to the baking tray and drizzle with the olive oil stir through the garam masala, chilli flakes, plenty of seasoning and garlic.
