Notes

Embrace imperfection. If your rolls look a little messy or even fall apart, they will still taste delicious. The more you make them, the more confident you will feel. There is a little bit of a knack to rolling them, so don’t feel discouraged if the first few don’t work out.

Work quickly and confidently. Compress as you go and be swift to give the fillings fewer opportunities to fall out of the wrappers.

Don’t overfill the rolls, it can cause tears.

If packing them for a picnic or on-the-go lunch, pack them in a Tupperware container that you can eat over to catch any pieces that escape.
