I added cubed sweet potatoes to the bake and added twice the amount of tamari. First time trying tempeh and I loved it! I had cashew cream on hand that I made for another dish, so it was a fast meal prep. Delicious smoky flavor from the paprika. Will definitely make it again.

Smoked tofu works really well as sub for the tempeh. Really tasty, simple supper meal.

Great flavours from a few ingredients and quick to prepare

Really tasty. Love the cashew cream. Didnโ€™t use all of the kale.

I actually used just plain firm tofu, but I gently mixed the spices, garlic tamari etc in a bowl before transferring to tray, to ensure the tofu was coated in flavour. Delicious! ๐Ÿ™
