Easy to prep & cook, couldnβt bring myself to add ground almonds so I added a tin of chickpeas (& omitted the stock) really tasty
It would be nice to have veg portions in size rather than grams. E.g. quarter or half red pepper instead of needing to weigh 80g but the recipe is great. The flavour was delicious and mild.
Doesnβt look like a lot but so filling and delicious
Love that you can get such a gorgeously rich curry from chucking it all in the oven! It was really easy - another winner weeknight dinner π I'll add this to my list to make for dinner guests too.
Made in with cashew nuts. Maybe suggest to serve is with rice or quinoa, a bit more filling
