Method
Gather and prepare your ingredients. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 190°C/ 170°C fan.
Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid for about 10 minutes.
Scrape into your loaf tin, flatten out, and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
