Notes
To freeze, place into an airtight container in a single layer. They keep well in the freezer for up to 3 months. Allow to defrost before serving, then reheat either in the toaster or a low oven.

Method
Gather and prepare your ingredients.
Place the dry ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine until you have a smooth mixture.
Pour in the water and vegetables, mix to combine.
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add spoonfuls of batter and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. Allow to cool before serving. We used a tablespoon measure to ensure evenly sized fritters.
