Line a loaf tin with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 190°C/ 170°C fan.
Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine.
Scrape into your loaf tin, flatten out, and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
