Black Bean Burgers

A glorious veggie take on the classic burger, but this is packed with fibre, anti-inflammatory nutrients from the slaw and herby skin-on potatoes. A glorious veggie take on the classic burger, but this is packed with fibre, anti-inflammatory nutrients from the slaw and herby skin-on potatoes.

Great recipe. My 9 year old loves it. I use a couple of slices of sourdough which works great. No issues with sogginess but can add an extra slices of bread if you prefer it firmer

I only made the burgers and the potatoes which were both very nice, but the burgers were a little mushy on the inside. I would probably use cooked dried black beans instead of canned next time as they would probably be drier.

Too soggy, didn’t hold together

These are delicious. My 5 year old help make them and loved the whole process. Including eaten them. Definitely will make them again.
