Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and gather your ingredients.

Put the green pepper, kidney beans, butter and chilli flakes in a large baking tray. Put in the oven for 1 minute, or until the butter has melted, then toss together to coat in the butter. Return to the oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pepper has softened.
