This is a great easy recipe.
Very flavorful!
I did it in a skillet just so didn't have to turn on my oven. It turned out great!
The alternatives section mentions alternatives for spinach, but there is no spinach in the ingredients.
This was great The 2 person recipe has become a 3 person recipe, 2 servings would have been more than we could eat
Another excellent one. I didn't at first believe there would be enough flavour/spice, just some chilli flakes and lime, but I was proven wrong and we had an excellent meal. Added a little bit of soured cream, why not . 5 stars π€©
