Very fresh and good mix, I used butter beans
Essential to mix dressing in at the very last moment as watercress shrivels to nothing if it stands in dressing.
I had it as a main meal and added a piece of salmon and a small microwaved sweet potato! Will make this again, thank you

Nice. I added slices of Chicken breast to make it a main meal. Very easy & good for this hot weather may add a bit more lemon next time
