I replaced the courgette with avocado and the chia seeds with hemp. Also replaced the peanut butter with almond butter and the maple syrup with local honey.
Still tastes rather good!

I substituted cucumber for courgette. Didn't add maple syrup. Very refreshing light smoothie. Enjoyable fresh taste. Managed to eat in one go which I usually struggle with.

Bit of a joke....how nice this is. Didn't even put the courgette or chia in. It's green, but no mean! Rated...yummy!

Taste wise I wasn’t such a fan of this recipe, but that may be because I used quite a ripe banana and so that was mainly the flavour that came through. But lots of goodness in there so I felt good about drinking it still.

Super tasty! I feel like he man and look like the Incredible Hulk now! I switched the water for 2tbs of natural yoghurt (lush switch). Thanks Rupy another fantastic recipe!

Really nice. Can’t taste the zucchini at all. Quite a soft, slightly alkaline flavour. May have tasted nice with a small piece of pineapple?

It’s similar to my usual green smoothies - but I like a tangy taste rather than sweet, so I left out the maple syrup and added a 1/4 teaspoon dried chilli flakes and used a whole lemon, skin and all, but took the seeds out. I didn’t have courgette, so used avocado instead (as I usually do). I haven’t added chia seeds or peanut butter before, so that was new to me - and it turned out smooth and tasty, just as I like.

I might try this with a plant based milk next time to make it creamier but that’s maybe just personal preference

So creamy and delicious
