Just love it; once a week is a must. I add also a bit of fennel seeds, Dukkah and Za‘atar or whatever I feel like or have. It’s such a quick and delicious meal

This was fab! The spices gave a lovely rich body to the sauce and the herbs just perfected it. Next time I'll buy some dill as I only had parsley & coriander this time, but it was still really tasty!
