Have made this twice now. Itβs lovely. Donβt know if itβs just me but it takes me way longer than 15 minutes to prepare all the ingredients. I love chopping veg etc luckily.
Tasty- I chucked in any veg I had knocking about and it worked a treat.
This was an excellent dish . My goal is to do a recipe a week to help change my nutritional habits. I will for sure try this one again. Thanks so much π
